Dental Paging System

Dental References

The VisiCom wireless dental paging system is well-suited to the needs of the busy dentist, and it surpasses light signaling office communications equipment in several ways.

NOTIFY STAFF OF PATIENT ARRIVALS

When a patient arrives, the receptionist presses the button for the assistant who will seat the patient. The VisiCom dental paging system sends a nonverbal message throughout the practice to notify the assistant the patient is waiting in the reception area and is ready to be taken to the operatory. The first available assistant responds simply by pressing Clear, greets the patient and seats them in the operatory. Before leaving the operatory, the assistant presses the button for the next provider who will see the patient, typically either the hygienist or the dentist, telling them in which room the patient is ready to be seen.

NOTIFY DENTIST WHEN PATIENT IS READY TO BE SEEN

If the patient will see the hygienist before the physician, most practices like to give the dentist a few minutes advance notice. Five minutes, or so, before the hygienist finishes their procedure, the button labeled for the dentist is pressed notifying them in which room to see the patient. When the dentist arrives, they simply press the button below the room number they entered and their LED changes from blinking to solid in their assigned color. This solid LED allows others to know the doctor's present location.

CALL FOR AN ASSISTANT OR X-RAY

When the dentist needs the assistant or an X-ray, he or she simply presses the assigned button for Assistant or X-Ray, one button, one press. The VisiCom unit sends a nonverbal message throughout the practice to notify the assistant in which room the doctor has made the request. Pressing Clear from any location lets the doctor know the message was received and the requested person or procedure is on the way.

Dermatologist love VisiCom! The VisiCom Wireless Paging System is well-suited to the needs of the busy dermatologist, and it surpasses light signaling office communications equipment in several ways.

INCREASED PRODUCTIVITY

All aspects of patient movement are streamlined and managed with simplicity with a nonverbal VisiCom Wireless Dematology Paging System from the time the patient arrives until they are dismissed. First, the receptionist pages for someone to show the patient to the exam room, then the nurse is paged to the exam room for the intake, then the dermatologist, possibly a biopsy is required. One button assigned to the biopsy tech is all that's needed. And, so on until the exam is completed. Each button represents either a provider or a procedure and when the button is pressed, the nonverbal code indicates the button that was pressed and in which room the provider or procedure is needed. A VisiCom Dermatology Paging System is the height of simplicity.

NEW! AT-A-GLANCE DISPLAY

Added color LEDs indicate in single row of LEDs where each provider is needed next with a blinking LED in their color, and in which room they are presently located with a solid LED in their color.

OPTIMAL PRACTICE PERFORMANCE

Nothing is more useful in a busy dermatology practice than everyone knowing where they should be at all times without having to be told. Your staff will be able to make better use of their time, they will feel less stressed and more productive and ultimately see more patients in a day. The practice maintans a steady work flow and shorter patient wait times when VisiCom nonverbal messages are in use.

Optometery Paging System

Optometery References

The VisiCom wireless paging system is the #1 Optometry Paging System with hundreds of practices all across the country that rave about the practicality of the system for use in Optometry.

YOU'LL KNOW AS SOON AS YOUR PATIENTS ARE READY

Whether there's one or two Optometrists in the practice, or it's a large practice with several Optometrists and Ophthalmologists, such as Kevin Reeder's practice, Carmel Mountain Vision Center in California, you'll find VisiCom fit your needs..."We have four doctors and we know exactly who needs to be where".

From the moment the patient enters the practice until they're discharged, VisiCom manages every aspect of staff notifications. First, a technician is notified a patient has arrived and someone needs to come to the reception area. The tech pages the nurse. If dilation is needed, there's a built-in dilation timer. Next, the physician is paged, then whoever else needs to see the patient, contact lens, fittings, or the financial consultant, and all with the touch of just one button.

CHIME PRIVACY.

VisiCom's programmable chime tones are among its principal advantages. Unlike light systems which often make everyone look to see who the message is for whenever there's a message, VisiCom allows you to control, on a room-by-room basis, whose messages chime, and whose are silent, and which of its seven tones accompany each individual's messages.

THIRTY DAYS TO EVALUATE

Because VisiCom requires no room-to-room wiring, and no setup, you can evaluate its ability to meet the communication needs of your practice risk-free in your practice for thirty days. If you're not more productive and less stressed than ever before, just call us for a return authorization and a full system price refund. You must agree, there's no better way to run your practice, or your money back, guaranteed. But. trust us, you won't be likely to return because, like many of our devoted Optometrists, you won't want work without it every single day.
